Virtual events & hybrid events.  Want to host an event without the costs of sourcing a venue, then a virtual event is for you.  Taking your event online makes them more accessible and reduces costs.  Mint can manage the process for you, from software setup and taking bookings and payments to providing technical support on the day.  We can assist with all types of virtual events, including live streamed events, pre-recorded events and on-demand sessions.  In addition, if you would like to host an in-person event but also want to enable people to attend virtually, we can assist with that too.

Flexible service. We understand that once a venue has been confirmed, some customers prefer to deal directly with that venue, rather than through a third party agent. Others prefer the security of having a trusted agent handle all the arrangements. Once the venue is booked you have the choice of using Mint Events to manage your booking and room lists or deal directly with the hotel or venue yourself.

 

Group accommodation. We don’t just book venues for events. We can also book group accommodation at hotels all over the world and in addition manage your rooming list for you.

Travel Industry Recognised.  Mint Events participates in the Travel Industry Designator Service (TIDS), which is operated by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).  TIDS number 96029636.  This service, aimed at non-airline ticketing travel intermediaries, ensures proper identification when we book travel services and is supported by member airlines, national and international hotels chains, major GDS systems and most travel industry suppliers world-wide.

Online event registration technology. Mint use sophisticated registration software to manage attendee bookings, communications and payments and can seamlessly integrate online booking into a custom-built event website or provide a stand alone system that can be linked to your company website.  The booking process can be completely customised to your event and can incorporate different booking journeys for different attendee types.  Our system is fully GDPR compliant.

 

Payment collection. Mint Events can offer both credit card and invoice payment collection options. Alternatively, if you prefer to keep payment collection in-house, we can work with your accounts team to provide a seamless service.  Our payment system is Payment Card Industry (PCI) level 1 compliant.

 

Time saving. Mint Events can handle all attendee bookings, ticket sales, amendments, cancellations and queries and provide customised reporting on attendee bookings.
